Subzero refrigerators are legendary for their ability to maintain their set temperature and we often hear words like precise or accurate to describe how it functions. In truth both accuracy and precise are words that correctly describe what the Subzero refrigerator does.
Accuracy relates to Subzero’s ability achieve the actual temperature that you’ve set the unit to. We’ve heard that despite being only able to set the temperature in increments of a single degree, if they wanted to allow half degree changes the units would be able to perform at that level of accuracy.

This microbiological purification system scrubs the air of mold, viruses, bacteria and contaminants too small for conventional filters.
The main target of the air filter is ethylene gas, a natural compound that speeds the ripening and spoilage of many foods. By removing this gas from the air food is able to ripen at its natural speed thereby considerably prolonging its shelf life.
