Believe it or not, the pictures of this Lake Mary kitchen remodel were taken 3 years after we completed this kitchen! You’d never know it and it’s a testament to the quality, durability and longevity of the products that we use.
It also helps the owner of this home is super organized and extremely clean! We love the glass mullion doors that provide a display area for some of her favorite china.
This project also had a number of extremely different variations as our designers were given free reign to envision alternatives to this space, check out some of the variations as renderings that were presented to the client during the design phase. Which version do you like the best?
The rendering of this Lake Mary kitchen remodel is almost an exact match of the real thing.
The accuracy and quality of our renderings make the decision process for a homeowner so much easier because they can visualize the end result so much better. This is especially important with large transformative kitchen remodels where the layout is changed or walls are coming down. Visualization is not something most people are good at and our renderings help bridge the gap.
Choosing the right design is not always a straight forward decision. Often there are multiple options or configurations that are possible in a given space.
The job of a kitchen designer is to help determine what layout makes sense from a funtional standpoint and then present those options to the homeowner. Sometimes those options are more sytlistic but other times, like in this example, the choices involved the overall layout and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the way this project turned out.
