Built in 1998, this New Smyrna home desperately needed an update. Our clients purchased the home and immediately started a major kitchen remodel. The original layout of the home was very much what you’d find in a typical 90’s home that had a ton of potential. Our client removed a wall to open up the entire floor plan, installed Siematic cabinetry and Miele appliances in this New Smyrna kitchen remodel.

Siematic Cabinetry
The new owners of this home, which was located on a deep water channel on the Indian River, selected Siematic as their cabinet of choice. Siematic cabinetry, considered to be an ultra-high end product, is German engineered and manufactured. The standards are exacting (as you’d expect from German engineering) and the quality is top notch and as you’d expect the price tag is commensurate with the quality.
Miele Appliances
Our client selected Miele, also a German brand, for appliances in this New Smyrna kitchen remodel, Miele. The refrigerator is a 36″ MasterCool KF1911Vi single door over under fridge & freezer. Miele has since updated this refrigerator with a new model number (KF2912Vi).
Miele’s oven (H6680BP) with their Master Chef automation technology is an amazing choice and one of the best ovens on the market and paired with a warming drawer and 2 speed ovens this home is ready for any holiday feast.
